Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
At Dumard, we strive to provide an exceptional experience worthy of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer the option to exchange it for another item of equal or higher value, or to return it for a refund.
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of the order receipt date, utilising the same shipping carrier that performed the original delivery. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that all custom-designed orders—including items with special sizing or specific modifications—are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Conditions:
The item must be in the exact same condition as when received—unused and unworn—and must be accompanied by its original packaging and the invoice or proof of purchase.

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions and a return shipping label. We cannot accept any shipments sent without prior authorisation.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defects, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us directly so that we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions:
Custom-designed orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds:
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will inform you of the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. It may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to complete the process.
